Excellent – even better in real life
Pata da Gaivota is even better in real life than in the pictures. The pool, bbq & outside area are massive and look out onto fields, so very calm & peaceful.The house was very clean and had everything you need for 4 people. Susana's mum lives there & was there to meet us, she is lovely - very friendly but totally leaves you alone to enjoy your holiday. The beach at Porto das Barcas is a 15 mins walk away & is beautiful, but a little rough for swimming. There is a restaurant there in an old deserted hotel that is perfect. Serves fresh seafood in a completely idyllic setting at very reasonable prices and was always busy with local people.

Perfect for a holiday with the family
We really liked the place. It is perfect for a holiday with your family or friends (but you have to have a car to fully explore the region). There is clean, large swimming pool and many places to eat a meal together (at home and on the terrace). Great contact with the owner. She quickly answers phones, responds to text messages, supports you personally, she knows everything about the region and gives tips how to spend the time, where to eat fantastic dinner etc. A place remote from the beach about 0,5-1 km, but it is situated in a quiet area.

Accoglienza meravigliosa, Susana è veramente molto gentile e disponibile. Appartamento curato e molto pulito, con una bellissima piscina ed un bel giardino, tutto molto curato. L’appartamento dipone di lavatrice, lavastoviglie, bollitore, microonde, bella cucina con stoviglie e biancheria. Asciugamani puliti, letti comodi e ben attrezzati di biancheria e cuscini. A disposizione giochi in scatola, biciclette.

Relaxing and quiet moments
The location was great as it has a mini market just opposite and an excellent barbecue for taking-ways. Whoever takes care of the space, takes care with love and dedication and are excellent Human beings. Really worth it It's a shame to know this accommodation, for those looking for moments of relaxation and quiet. The outside space is great too.

The room was clean and the beds were very comfy. Great strong shower and a fantastic pool. The host is very helpfull, warm, flexibel and has great tips for the environment.

We loved everything
We loved everything. Very good rooms and wonderful common areas. I emphasize the space of the pool which is of an incredible tranquility and quiet. And also the bicycles available for the tenants, who gave us a wonderful experience, on a beautiful walk through Lourinhã and the beaches in the vicinity, which undoubtedly added a lot to the stay.
